How to overcome social anxiety and social phobia

Social anxiety and social phobia are the two most controlling 'phobias' that exist today. They typically manifest themselves as the 'being judged by others' syndrome that often prevents people from getting on with their lives.

Following on from the video above here are a few questions to help you reduce your anxiety:

  • What can I be fascinated about (with regards to challenge)
  • What positive experience/s can I process from this situation now
  • What am I grateful in my life right now?
